We also give you the opportunity to exchange a product or transfer a service for another if you wish to do so. Please note that by requesting a refund you give up the right to use any of the written materials or forms that was already sent to you as part of a program. We will evaluate requests within 10 working days and refund your money in full within 30-days after receipt of your query.
